Welcome to Beaches Baptist Church

Beaches Baptist Church Mackay was first established nearly 30 years ago.

Our mission and vision is to share the Good News of Jesus throughout Mackay, Queensland.

All are welcome to come and join our intergenerational church family.

Our Services start at 9:30am with our Youth and Kids heading out for a bible lesson and fun activities once the Sermon begins.

Afterwards we’d love you to join us for Morning Tea -(free coffee) and lots of delicious baked goods.

We are currently holding our Sunday Church services in a hall at Carlisle Christian College

DURING THE SERVICE

> KIDS AT CHURCH

Your children are welcome! We delight in having families and children in our intergenerational church. We encourage children to participate in the service through Children’s Messages during service, occasionally giving presentations themselves, as well as going to out to Sunday School lessons each week.

Our children’s church ministry leaders are all trained and certified through Government ChildSafe programs.

A SAFE PLACE TO EXPLORE & GROW YOUR FAITH

We are very relaxed at our church and are more concerned about people’s hearts than we are about what you wear to church. Shorts, socks and sandals are totally ok; or if you prefer to wear your best Sunday dress then that’s ok too.

We also know that being new can be intimidating. No need to worry. We won’t ask you to raise your hands or embarrass you. We do play a few songs so make sure you pick a good seat, you’ll be up and down a few times and our messages last for about 30 minutes. Be prepared to laugh, we are a funny bunch.
